Michael is a CEO and creative leader with over 25 years of global experience working for the world’s leading fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury brands. Michael is widely regarded as a branding and content expert. Michael as Creative executive producer launched digital campaigns for Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Bonobos and Juul. The work launched under Michael’s creative assembly. These were among the best digital campaigns to launch in the digital sector, firmly establishing him as a digital force. In 2020 Michael founded AREA 12 – focusing on creativity and commerce. Today AREA 12 continues to build a digital world. Offering strategy, branding, design, advertising, social media, marketing, technology, and eCommerce solutions.

Cortney Emery is a brand-builder and storyteller specializing in blending creativity with a strategic mindset. With a passion for lifestyle, fashion and design she started her career in advertising, expanding into strategic partnerships and brand incubation.  From Peterson Milla Hooks and Target Design Partnerships to Laird + Partners and Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Rimmel London, to Who What Wear for Target, PopSugar for Kohl’s and a host of others, Cortney specializes in developing strong narratives and bringing brands to market.

Steven Baillie

Steven Baillie is a creative director, storyteller and brand consultant known for constantly exploring and evolving the digital landscape through craft and attention to detail. With a focus on fashion, lifestyle, luxury and the world’s most iconic visual brands, he believes every brand has the opportunity to elevate it’s aesthetic and evoke feeling in it’s audience by pushing the boundaries of meaningful storytelling and innovation. As the original ECD of Bonobos, Steven built a brand at the crossroads of fashion, retail and e-commerce with bold, transformative appeal. Steven is currently the ECD and brand consultant of his own firm, Area Twelve, He led the launch of Popsugar at Kohls, WhoWhatWear at Target, the award-winning Pax vaporizer and the design system for 23&Me. Current clients include Under Armour, Equinox, and Global Brands Group. In his agency career, Steven led global creative for Gap as ECD of Laird+Partners; co-created the breakthrough creative aesthetic of the Target brand at Peterson Milla Hooks; reinvigorated the JCPenney brand with Gerry Graf at Saatchi+Saatchi; and was recognized by the One Club, Type Directors Club and Art Directors Club of New York. Steven studied at the Art Institute of Philadelphia and Glasgow School of Art. He developed his high standards for creative work as artistic director at Arena Homme, The Face, New York Times: T Magazine, and GQ.

Jeremiah Hadjian

Jeremiah is a New York based creative director and motion director. With a background in filmmaking and storytelling, and over 15 years of experience in the luxury, fashion, and beauty markets, he has reinvented and reshaped brands, modernizing and elevating their identities. Beginning his career in New York, Jeremiah worked with various luxury creative agencies including Select World, A/R New York, GB65, and Laird + Partners on clients such as Brioni, Ermenigildo Zenga, Jimmy Choo, Versace, Miu Miu, Gramercy Park Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria before heading the rebranding of iconic American fashion retailer Lord & Taylor as the VP Creative Director. More recently, he headed the internal creative agency at Global Brands Group where he lead the creative vision for Frye and Aquatalia, as well as launching several new brand concepts.

Paris Fleezanis

With over 20 years of experience working in the digital media realm, Paris has worked with a diverse group of brands. His New York based creative agency, Enginethree, founded in 1999 specializes in fashion, beauty and luxury branding. Since conception his team has created innovative and memorable websites recognized by Communications Arts, Print Magazine and Adobe. The agency has worked with a prestigious roster of fashion designers, international modeling agencies, photo agencies, models and photographers including Alexander Wang, Theory and Elite Model Management. Paris studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Timothy Miller

Tim Miller is the co-founder of Enginethree, a digital media agency established in 1999 in lower Manhattan. Working closely with their clients, Enginethree has built relationships lasting over 20 years. Tim and his team create timeless projects by focusing on minimal and functional design while considering all the current technologies available at the time. Tim and his team have been recognized by Adobe, Communication Arts and many more.
